Currently hiring for Coffee Equipment Technician

Coffee Equipment Technician is a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and dedicated coffee professional serving our wide range of clientele from coffee shops and restaurants to local and national coffee roasters by enhancing coffee quality through education, installation, maintenance, and repair of coffee brewing and grinding equipment. 

Essential Job Functions:

· Deliver superior customer service focusing on customer needs, developing and retaining positive customer relationships while creating and executing solutions in collaboration with customers

· Perform effective and efficient services to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance including timely repair, installation and scheduled preventive maintenance of equipment

· Follow company policy to accurately record and complete work orders while maintaining accurate documentation

· Always maintain a professional and clean appearance, while keeping service vehicle clean and neat

Requirements/Skills:

· Must be able to work independently

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to adapt to workplace environment & organizational changes

· Organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency in responsiveness

· Must be able to read diagrams/schematics and be able to use and understand a multi-meter

· Must be reliable, dependable, punctual, maintain good attendance and conscientious about product performance

· Ideal candidate should live in or around the Cincinnati/Dayton area

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Mechanically inclined

· Exhibit strong problem solving skills

· Related experience a plus but willing to train the right candidate

· A solid work ethic and the ability to work independently

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Ability to work under and above counters and service cases

· Ability to lift/pull/push 50+ pounds individually

Schedule:

· Day Shift

· Monday – Friday

· On Call Rotation

· Weekend Availability
